Well, it's been a long time since I've had kids going back to school, but apparently Amber has kids returning to school today; so she asked the CCEE Stampers to make a card or item that can be given to the teacher at open house or the first day of school. I just bought a pad of marvelous map paper and thought it would be appropriate for my back-to-school card. I'm showing my age; but any time I see a school-related card with the words "Welcome Back" on it, I think of Welcome Back, Kotter!
Stop over at the CCEE Stampers blog and see the rest of the cards created by the team.

I think of Kotter too! Shows our age! LOL! I love the map as a bg........I trained as a geography teacher, but never taught. Love the elements you added! Very school-ish!
What a perfect school card...geography, eh! Just absolutely adorable!
That map paper is indeed fabulous, Lois - and makes a great setting for your other school-themed elements.
I hope someone's going back to school for some spelling lessons, LOL.
Love the blackboard :D.
I don't just think about that show, I have the song playing in my head ...love the map as the bkgd....a fab back to school creation, Lois
Love it, I am singing that song too - Maryann
Lois, another great card with the map paper. Geography was a biggy when I was in school.
