Speedy TV Tutorial Time - Using Scraps

I'm sure we all have piles and piles of scraps.  Today's Tutorial Time challenge over on Speedy TV will give you a chance to use up some of those scraps.  Pat's tutorial shows you how to make a nice background out of bits and pieces of patterned paper or cardstock.   I used some scraps all from the same pad of patterned paper.   Here's my card:
