The image is an old one from Stampin' Up but one of my favorites. I'm hoping the gray-green cardstock and the lace will convince you that it is vintage! I colored the images with Copic markers and then brushed the background with some pearlized chalks.

I think that collage stamp gives an instant vintage look, with the ribbon and lace as an added bonus. The hat pin, too - I can remember my grandmother actually using them, and for years I had a couple of her old ones.
