September Blog Hop!
This month's New Stamp Set Releases are:
Buried Treasure Featured September 25
Going Batty Featured September 26
Autumn Splendor Featured September 27
Tweet That Featured September 28
Please hop along with us! You have a chance to win one of the above stamp sets! Just comment on the DT members' blogs (don't forget this one) each day for more chances to win! (You do NOT have to comment on all the blogs each day! The names are drawn randomly!) All four winners will be announced on September 29, 2012 on the Mark's Finest Papers blog. You can go back and comment if you missed a day. (HINT: The more you comment, the more chances you have to win and comments on the MFP blog count twice!) The deadline for commenting is 11PM EST on Friday September 28, 2012.
I thought I would do a CAS card for the final day of the Blog Hop this month. I have come to love the way masking on a CAS card looks. I stamped the birdbath, masked it -- and then masked the top and bottom of the card using Eclipse Tape before sponging on the green stripe.
I don't have a Twitter account -- no tweeting for me! But I just had to use that sentiment on this "bird-day" card.

I've wanted to try a vertical criss-cross card for a while and never got around to doing it. The images in today's set, Tweet That, gave me the perfect opportunity. Here's the front of the card:
And here's the insert with the gift card -- a Lowe's gift card would be perfect for a new home:
I hope you have enjoyed what I and the rest of the team have presented for you this week. For your final chance to win some goodies, be sure to check out the rest of the team's blogs:
