Kelly continues as hostess for the CCEE Stampers this week, telling us that the flower of the day is Sunflower and asking that we make a card of thankfulness/gratitude and include a sunflower on our card.
I recently bought this cool die from Creek Bank Creations. It's called the Angel Side Circle, and I wanted to try a technique that I've seen before but never did it myself -- wreath building. Julie Creek showed how to make a sunflower using one of their stamp sets. I think it sort of looks like a sunflower.
Love this fun fold card
ReplyDeleteWow, Lois, you know I love that orange patterned paper, and your sunflower is such a wonderful focus point on this pretty card.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a gorgeous sunflower, Lois! I love it!!
ReplyDeleteWell, of course orange!! I love this die cut closing the card. Wonderfully done, mf.
ReplyDeleteLois ! I absolutely love everything about this card from the cheerfulness to the way that it has the pop open fold!!
ReplyDeleteLovely card!
ReplyDeleteI like the technique and will try it myself too.
