CCEE1740 - "Balloons Around the World Day"

Frances is hostess for the CCEE Stampers this month, and for her first challenge she asked us to help celebrate "Balloons Around the World Day" today.  Don't you just love the sentiment on my card?  Oh, how I wish it were true!!!
