CCEE1643 - Follow the Recipe

For Joanne's last CCEE Stampers challenge this month, Joanne gave us a recipe to follow:

*     Circular and Square elements
*     Flower(s)
*     Dry embossing
*     Bling

I love the brown/blue color combination and thought it would work well with my Blue Bells die from Spellbinders.
