CCEE1608 Floral Design Day

As her last challenge this month, Lynn informed us that in 1995 Massachusetts Governor William Weld declared Febrary 28th as Floral Design Day to honor educator Carl Rittner, the founder of the Rittner School of Floral Design.  As my mother was a very talented floral designer, I was very happy to comply with Lynn's request to do some paper and ink floral designs.
