The special stamp set we have for you this month is:

"You Are an Angel"

The mini stamp set we have for you this month is

"Wings"

Today's set could be used for several USA holidays -- Memornial Day and Fourth of July in particular.  My first card is a thank-you card to a veteran and would lend itself very well for Memorial Day.  Both my dad and my brother were in the Marines, and I have a soft spot in my heart for veterans.

Here's a card for the 4th of July.  I recently found those QuicKutz dies on clearance on-line.  They are actually supposed to be a cannon blast, but I think they will pass for fireworks!

I do hope you liked my patriotic cards today and plan to check out the rest of the design team members' blogs.  There's sure to be some more red, white, and blue!

  3. Beautiful cards, Lois. The ribbon on the second one is perfect for this set. I think the cannon blast looks more like fireworks so I think it will pass.

  6. Lois,
Two very pretty and wonderful cards. I am very partial to all Vets as well. My Dad was in the Navy in WWII, my husband is a 22 year Army veteran and my soon is Air Force.
