Today's Featured Stamper on SCS is Biggan (a/k/a Birgit), who happens to live in Sweden but is a regular contributor on SCS. This is the card from her gallery that I chose to CASE.
I used Birgit's theme of Christmas, sheet music and angel but made the following changes:
* A square card instead of A2
* Different colors
* Different stamps
* A circle instead of a rectangle
The square card base is Mark’s Finest Papers Momma’s Favorite Purple. After stamping the sheet music from Flourishes Christmas Music set onto Snow Storm Smooth, I tore the edges and then sponged Palette Cognac all the way around. The angel is colored with Prismacolor and Copic markers, and then I went over the wings with a clear Sakura Stardust gel pen. She is cut out with Nestabilties, the last layer with the Inverted Scallop Circle, which is also sponged with Cognac.
I ran the ribbon all the way around the front panel of the card and tied the bow, adding the sentiment, which was punched out with the SU Key Tag punch.
All cardstock, images, ribbon, and inks are available at Mark’s Finest Papers.
